If you are subscribed to the Pro package, you will have access to the TMP community, where you can get help from instructors and request assistance on the message boards. The response time is up to 48 hours (but we aim to respond much quicker than that!)
Our tutorials mainly cater to more advanced skill levels. Each tutorial is designed to be easy to follow, with step-by-step instructions and clear explanations although an understanding of music production and DAWs will help massively with learning.
Once you’ve purchased a tutorial or subscribed to your chosen package, you can access it anytime through your account. Tutorials are available for streaming, allowing you to learn at your own pace.
You have 24 hours to review and watch tutorials and try out the courses to see if the teaching style is right for you. After 24 hours, the opportunity to request a refund for that month is void.
